Restaurant Hours:

J. Timothy’s is open Monday through Sunday. We open at 11:30 a.m. each day and serve the posted menu continuously throughout the day until we close the kitchen. Although we reserve the right to close the kitchen on slower volume days earlier than usual, the following are a list of times we normally would keep our kitchen open to;

Monday – 10:00 p.m.
Tuesday – 10:00 p.m.
Wednesday – 11:00 p.m.
Thursday – 11:00 p.m.
Friday – 12:00 a.m.
Saturday – 12:00 a.m.
Sunday – 10 p.m.

As stated above, the posted times are a rule of thumb only. It is always wise to call ahead if you are planning to come within an hour of our posted times to assure that we are still serving. The bar follows the same rule although it usually remains open and serving after we close the kitchen.

Directions

From Rt. 9 North:
Take Exit 28 onto 72 West. Stay on 72 West through New Britain. Route 72 West and Route I84 merge in Plainville. Stay in the right hand lane. Stay in the lane that says Exit 33, New Britain Ave. Take Exit 33. Just after this exit, take Exit 2 on the right. At the end of Exit 2 take a left. J. Timothy’s Taverne is on the right
approximately 500 feet.

From 84 East:
Take exit 34 (Crooked St.). At the end of the exit, take a left onto Crooked Street.
At the next light, take a left onto 372. J. Timothy’s is a 1/2 mile on the right.

From 84 West:
From I84 West take exit 33. Just after this exit, take Exit 2 on the right. At the end of Exit 2 take a left. J. Timothy’s Taverne is on the right approximately 500 feet.
